Are these peptides for human use?
No. Every product on this site is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. Our products are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, in vivo diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institutional buyer using these compounds in a controlled laboratory setting.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments, with delivery typically in 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all US orders over $200 ship free. Orders under $200 are a flat $10 shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only. International researchers should contact us directly to discuss institutional purchasing arrangements.
How are products packaged?
All vials ship in discreet, plain-labeled boxes with no external branding indicating contents. Lyophilized peptides are protected with insulated padding. We do not ship with cold packs domestically as lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the transit window. Cold-chain shipping is available on request for an additional fee.
How do I verify the COA for my batch?
Every batch we sell is independently HPLC-tested by Janoshik Analytical, an unaffiliated third-party lab. Each product page lists the unique verification key for that batch. To confirm authenticity, visit janoshik.com/verify and enter the key — Janoshik will display the test report directly. We never host COA images ourselves; verification always goes through the lab’s own infrastructure to preserve chain-of-custody integrity.
What is your refund / reshipment policy?
If a batch fails to match its labeled identity or purity per the published Janoshik report, we issue a full refund or free replacement at your choice — no questions, no return needed. If a domestic shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we reship at no cost. Open vials cannot be returned for general dissatisfaction; this is standard for sterile research material.
Do you offer NET-30 or institutional purchasing?
Yes. Universities, research institutions, and established commercial labs can apply for NET-30 terms after 2 successful prepaid orders. Email support@delixlabs.com with your institutional details and we’ll send a credit application.
How should I store my peptides after they arrive?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C for long-term storage, or 2–8 °C for up to 90 days. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. Always protect from light. Specific storage notes for each compound are listed on the individual product page.
How do I reconstitute a lyophilized vial?
Use sterile bacteriostatic water (we sell 30 mL vials for $8). Insert a syringe through the BAC water stopper, withdraw the desired volume (typically 1–3 mL), and slowly inject it down the side of the peptide vial. Swirl gently — never shake — until fully dissolved. Refrigerate after reconstitution. Each product page includes the recommended reconstitution volume.
How fresh are your batches?
We do not warehouse aged inventory. Every batch we sell is tested by Janoshik within ~30 days of receipt, and most product moves within 60–90 days of testing. The Janoshik test date is visible on every COA — you can always verify the freshness of the specific batch you’re receiving.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, automatic discounts apply at checkout: 5–9 vials of the same product save 10%, 10+ vials save 15%. Institutional buyers placing orders over $1,000 should email support@delixlabs.com for a custom quote.
Do you have a first-order discount?
