Refund & Return

Due to the specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
1. General Policy
DelixLabs does not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
- Change of mind
- Ordering errors made by the customer
- Improper handling, storage, or misuse of products
- Opened, used, or tampered products
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive any of the following:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging
Upon review, DelixLabs may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement product
- Issue store credit
- Offer a refund if a replacement is not available
3. Non-Delivery
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
- The shipping carrier confirms the package was lost in transit
- The claim is submitted promptly after the expected delivery date
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of DelixLabs.
